How it works:

- Please send your image via Etsy Message once ordered or email - Shrimplycreative@gmail.com of your chosen image.

- You will be kept up to date with your order, and approval of design before we go ahead with the Embroidery.

Process time & Delivery information:

- Process time please allow up to 1-3 weeks of designing and embroidering your beautiful items before sending off Royal mail first-class delivery in 1-2 business days and international 7-10 business days.
