How it works with ordering with us:

- Pick your colour
- How many pet(s) would you like on your bag
- Add font
- Message me here or email me (shrimplycreative@gmail.com) the picture of your choice, I will then confirm everything with you and then create your beautiful pet(s)
- You will be kept up to date with your orders

Process time & Delivery information:

- Process time please allow up to 1-3 weeks of designing and embroidering your beautiful items before sending off Royal Mail first-class delivery in 1-2 business days and international 7-10 business days.
Garment Information:

- Shell: 80% Recycled cotton, 20% Recycled polyester. Lining: 100% Organic cotton

Returns:
Unfortunately, since these are custom orders, we are unable to offer returns. If there is a defect, we will advise accordingly.
